The Hall of Fame is the most important and central venue of the event. It is the perfect place to meet international and Hungarian film stars, cinema companies, and other players in the film industry. The venue has several stages and locations that you can visit over two days. The main stage of the event will also be located here, along with many other exciting activities.

The Stars Zone, located in the Hall of Fame, is the most significant venue where you can meet international stars up close, take photos, and get autographs.

Giancarlo Esposito - saturday

Giancarlo Esposito is a renowned American actor, best known for his role as Gus Fring in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. He also appeared in the Star Wars series The Mandalorian, portraying the formidable Moff Gideon.

Throughout his career, he has delivered outstanding performances in numerous films and series, including The Boys, The Maze Runner series, and the upcoming Captain America movie, as well as Brave New World.

Esposito is celebrated worldwide for his exceptional charisma and deeply layered character portrayals.

Dean-Charles Chapman - saturday

Dean-Charles Chapman is an English actor best known for his role as Tommen Baratheon, ruler of the Seven Kingdoms, in Game of Thrones.

He also starred in the Academy Award-winning war film 1917, appeared in the stage production of Billy Elliot: The Musical, and is part of the latest Star Wars series, The Acolyte.

Despite his young age, he has already built an impressive career and gained widespread recognition for his talent.

Ian Beattie - saturday & sunday

Ian Beattie is a Northern Irish actor best known for his role as Ser Meryn Trant in HBO’s Game of Thrones.

Throughout his career, he has appeared in numerous films and TV series, including Vikings, Alexander, and various British television productions in smaller roles. His charismatic performances have made him a fan favorite.

Graham McTavish - sunday

Graham McTavish is a Scottish actor known for his powerful presence and distinctive voice, making him a favorite in fantasy and action series. He portrayed Dwalin in the world of The Lord of the Rings, appeared in The Witcher, House of the Dragon, and Lucifer, and left a lasting impression as Dougal MacKenzie in Outlander. His performances are marked by strength, depth, and precision, earning him a well-deserved place among fan-favorite stars of the genre.

MyAnna Buring

MyAnna Buring is a Swedish actress known for her roles in several popular series and films. She portrayed Tissaia de Vries in The Witcher, appeared as Tanya in the Twilight Saga, and played a key supporting role in Downton Abbey. Her versatility, strong screen presence, and compelling character portrayals have made her a familiar face to fans of fantasy, drama, and horror genres alike.

Who will be there with us?

Chris Claremont

Chris Claremont is a legendary comic book writer best known for his contributions to the X-Men franchise. Between 1975 and 1991, he shaped the entire line of X-Men titles and created several iconic characters, such as Rogue, Gambit, and Psylocke. He is celebrated for his character-driven storytelling, complex narratives, and strong female protagonists.

Among his achievements is transforming X-Men into one of Marvel’s most popular and best-selling comic book series.

In 1991, Claremont co-created the first issue of X-Men with artist Jim Lee, which, according to the Guinness World Records, became the best-selling comic book of all time, with over 8.1 million copies sold.

Dave McKean

Dave McKean is a British illustrator, and graphic designer, widely recognized for his work in comics, album covers, and films.

His most notable works include the distinctive covers of the Sandman comic series, created in collaboration with Neil Gaiman, as well as Batman: Arkham Asylum.

In addition to comics, he has designed album covers for artists such as Tori Amos, The Rolling Stones, Front Line Assembly, and Alice Cooper. He also played a key role in shaping the visual identity of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

Esad Ribić

Esad Ribić is a Croatian comic book artist and painter. He gained fame primarily through his work with Marvel, contributing to iconic series such as Loki, Thor: God of Thunder, Secret Wars (2015), and Silver Surfer: Requiem.

Beyond cover art, he has also made a lasting impact as an interior artist. Ribić began his career working on European comics before breaking into the American market, where he has become one of the most acclaimed and sought-after creators in the industry.

Mike Carey

Mike Carey is a British writer and comic book creator. His most notable work includes the Lucifer comic series, a spin-off from Neil Gaiman’s Sandman universe. Lucifer received both critical and fan acclaim, eventually inspiring a TV series.

From 2006, Carey was the lead writer for X-Men at Marvel for six years, contributing to major storylines such as Messiah Complex and Age of X.

Beyond comics, he is also a well-known novelist, particularly for The Girl with All the Gifts, a post-apocalyptic novel that was adapted into a feature film, as well as The Book of Koli (Infinity Gate in Hungarian).

There can't be a Comic Con without Artist Alley! It's a community vendor space where artists, fan clubs, individual vendors and craftsmen from all over the country sell their own creations. Each handmade item is unique and the selection is truly diverse: sculptures, replicas, bags, pillows, jewelry, clothing, drawings and paintings, custom and comic books, home decor items and other creative products.

In addition to our usual artist alley, we will also have a special and unique marketplace, where you can meet Hungarian comic creators who will be bringing their own work to the event. Look out for the unique ones and grab your all-time favourites.

The Cosplay Village is a 1000 square metre venue. It will be a home to the cosplay stage, with performancespresentations and competitions throughout the day. 

You can also meet cosplayers from abroad and from home. Our main partner is Cosplay.hu, who guarantee a high quality program.

Égi Szentély Sci-fi Klub

The members of the Égi Szentély Sci-fi Club (Celestial Sanctuary Sci-fi Club) are passionate about all things science fiction, from Star Trek and Star Wars to virtually every sci-fi universe. Their doors are always open to new members who share the same enthusiasm. At BCC, they’re once again bringing a Star Trek-themed experience. Their tabletop display features everything from figures to starship models, offering a wide range of Trekker curiosities. Visitors can try Vulcan logic games, Klingon and other weapons, and participate in quizzes for fun prizes. Creative guests can also make hair accessories, keychains, and adorable Tribble plushies with the help of the Szentély team.

Gyűrűk Ura Cosplay Club

The Gyűrűk Ura Cosplay Club (Lord of the Rings Cosplay Club's) special exhibition transports visitors into the world of Middle-earth.
Exclusive replicas, models, and weapons bring Tolkien’s legendary universe to life.
From handcrafted relics to unique memorabilia, every piece on display carries the magic of the stories.
Visitors can embark on a magical journey and experience the world of Middle-earth up close.

Kagami Ryú Harcművészeti Egyesület - A Tükör Iskolája

Kagami-ryū is a Japanese martial art rooted in samurai traditions, emphasizing both physical and spiritual development. The name "School of the Mirror" refers to self-awareness and leading by example. Their community is close-knit and diverse, welcoming young and old, women and men alike. Training sessions focus not only on combat skills but also on imparting lifelong values.

Két Kard Iskolája Sportegyesület

"The goal is not to defeat the opponent, but to overcome our own flaws and weaknesses." The Ni To Jutsu Sei Shin-ryu style is represented in Hungary by 9th-dan master János Karsai. Its mission is to develop personality through the path of martial arts. Various empty-hand and sword techniques help shape character and strengthen willpower. At our demonstration, visitors can get a taste of the weapons we use – everyone interested in martial arts or eager to experience samurai-style combat is warmly welcome.

K-pop Cover Showcase

Although there is growing interest in Asian culture in Hungary, concerts by Eastern bands are still quite rare. That’s exactly why we’re bringing you an exciting show where you can experience what it’s like to be part of a K-pop or other Asian music concert. The performance will feature not only dance but also live singing to delight the audience!

Join us on Sunday at 14:15 at the Cosplay Stage in Hall D – we can’t wait to see you!

Polacsek Larion ART

Polacsek Larion has been working as a sculptor since 2009, with his creations inspired by a lifelong passion for movies.
He has brought to life iconic characters such as Yoda, the dinosaurs from Jurassic Park, and creatures from The Lord of the Rings.
His first major breakthrough came in 2015 when his T-rex sculpture appeared on the cover of BBC Science Magazine.
He works with clay, resin, and recycled materials, placing special emphasis on sustainability.

Stargate Command Hungarian Site

The club was founded 14 years ago by a handful of passionate fans with the goal of creating unforgettable experiences for lovers of the series.
Over the years, they have crafted numerous iconic props, including a 4-meter-tall Stargate and a functioning DHD.
Visitors can take free photos on-site among the sets and even use the displayed costumes and weapons for their pictures.
The exhibition is completed by a hieroglyph-covered photo wall and a ring platform, along with special props created by DK Kohó – such as the mounted Anubis Guard helmet and the Naquadah generator.

Vas és Varázs Szerepjáték Klub

At the booth, anyone can learn about the club’s activities, and those eager to dive into the world of roleplaying can try it out right away through a simplified Dungeons & Dragons ruleset. Game masters will be waiting with exciting adventures, detailed terrain setups, and miniatures.

Wisteria Sanctuary

Wisteria Sanctuary welcomes all lovers of magical mysticism, fantasy enthusiasts, and anyone looking to bring a little enchantment into their everyday life. Discover unique, hand-engraved rune sets, spirit animal keychains, fantasy and fandom-themed necklaces, and witchy earrings – just to name a few. Come browse the magical wares, relax, and recharge.

BCC25 is also waiting for you with exciting and special Star Wars-themed programs and exhibitions! You'll meet Darth Vader and Stormtroopers, but if you're not drawn to the dark side, you can also play with Jedi cosplayers and even see R2D2 come to life. You've got to see this! 

Yavin Group

May the Force be with you!

The Polish team Yavin Group has been handcrafting Star Wars models for over 20 years – without 3D printing, using creativity and passion.

Their exhibition features more than 30 unique pieces, including the Millennium Falcon, Kylo Ren’s Shuttle, and Darth Vader’s Star Destroyer – some even signed by original cast and crew.

Step into a galaxy far, far away at Budapest Comic Con!

A brand new feature of the 2024 event was the Budapest Comic Con Kids area, which will return in 2025 as well.

This zone is specifically designed for the youngest visitors, with programs and activities created just for them.

The planning and design of the area is already underway, and details will be announced soon!

Games and esports fans are also welcome at Budapest Comic Con.  There will be plenty of colourful programsfor movie and comic book lovers to enjoy.
